Hydration differs from one drink type to another, which is why some drinks have different hydration impact percentages.
For example: Coffee has a 90% hydration impact. If you add 10oz of coffee, 9oz will be added towards your hydration goal if you have enabled “count towards goal” and 10oz will be added to your total liquid volume which is visible in the breakdown within the history.
You can choose whether or not with a toggle to have certain drink types count towards your daily hydration goal. If you have “Count Towards Goal” enabled it will take into account the hydration impact of that drink type when adding to your goal. If you turn off Count Towards Goal” for a drink type, you can still record it and it will show up in the breakdown within history, but will not count towards your hydration goal for the day.
