On the Home Screen, you can swipe right or left to see the previous or the next day.
Also, if you tap on Today/current date at the top of the Home Screen, it will open the calendar and you will be able to select a date or a month there to view the previous history, and manually add, adjust, or delete recordings, if necessary.
