All of your account information will be saved even if you change phones. Please be sure to log in to the HidrateSpark App with the same email and password, and avoid setting up a new account.
If you still have your old device, be sure to turn off bluetooth or forget the HidrateSpark bottle from your systems bluetooth settings, so that the bottle is not trying to connect to that device anymore.
If you switch between Android and iOS everything will be saved, however you would need to re-subscribe to the Premium membership as it is attached to an AppleID or a Google account, NOT to a HidrateSpark account. You cannot transfer an Android or iOS subscription purchased from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
