First things you need to check:
- Your Bluetooth and location are turned on.
- You have an internet connection enabled.
- You are within 10 feet of your bottle.
Next close and reopen your app and go to the Home screen. Note the text in the upper left-hand corner next to the Bottle icon. It should read: Searching > Connected > Syncing > Connected
If you are not seeing this happen, go to a different tab and then back to the home screen to refresh.
Syncing may take up to two minutes to import all your data from the bottle.
If you are still having trouble, please try restarting your phone and turning airplane mode on for 30 seconds to refresh the connection.
