You may want to remove / delete/ unpair a bottle from your HidrateSpark App account for various reasons, including:
- To unpair an old bottle from your Hidrate App account
- To pair your bottle to a new Hidrate App account
- To unpair a family members bottle, paired to your account by mistake
- To unpair for troubleshooting purposes
To Unpair a bottle from your account:
- Sign into your HidrateSpark App account
- Go to Bottles (Hidrate bottle icon on the lower right of the Home page)
- Next to your paired bottle, Select More
- If you have more than one bottle paired to your account, select More next to the bottle you'd like to unpair. Bottles are listed by name; such as "Katie's Hidrate Bottle"
- On the following screen, select Remove Bottle
- A pop up will ask you if you're sure you want to remove this bottle.
- Select Yes to successfully unpair
