- Remove the sensor from the bottle.
- Flip open the charging cover.
- Using a paperclip, insert a tip of it into the small circle opening labeled “RESET” and press down for 10 seconds. The sensor should flash and beep.
- This will cause the sensor to disconnect and reconnect from the app, so it may take a few moments to reconnect.
Reset Button Functions:
Single click (1-2 seconds): Enable pairing mode (if not paired) or access serial number (if paired)
Hold 3–9 seconds: Soft reset / power reset sensor
Hold 10–14 seconds: Factory reset sensor (you will need to re-pair it with the app after this)
Hold 15+ seconds: Toggle Find My advertisement on/off
