How do I connect my Hidrate app to Fitbit?

    This is not working at all - even with having both apps open - is there a fix I have iPhone6

    I found that I was using a browser that would not allow me to be directed to the authorization page. After changing it to chrome I was able to be directed to right place to allow authorization to connect to the Fitbit app.

    From Valentine at Hidrate I got the below email,

    Which is surprising as I thought it got steps from the fitbit app and the above says it does.

    I just got mine 3 days ago. I can confirm 100% this does NOT sync well with FITBIT. I followed all steps and it will not sync. you have to manually do it and then when you do it does not sunc right.. I drank 89oz and fitbit Registered 8oz.. This is not aFITBIT issue because the Spark is not sending the right info.  That being said The Sparks App is pretty dang cool. It took me a few times to get it to sync right to my s8.

    Saturday my Spark stopped syncing with my Fitbit, not sure what caused it to stop

    Funny - my Hidrate Spark also stopped synching with my Fitbit on Saturday too... Now it won't track my water consumption at all - even on the Hidrate app. :(

    wow...i was trying to figure out how i can resync it. apparently im not the only one. it was working great.. but not any more. mine stopped today. wed. 7/14

    I think that because I missed putting my smartphone near my bottle after a refill, things got messed up. After logging out and clearing the cache and then refilling my bottle and ensuring my phone was nearby, it started working again. Maybe try that...

    In your phone Settings (General), click on Apps, select Hidrate Spark, click on Storage and you will see buttons for Clear data and Clear cache. I cleared both and did not seem to lose my history. Hope that helps! :)

    Mine would only sync to fitbit the first day I had it and since then it won't sync to my fitbit anymore- Has there beena fix for this issue yet?

    I'm guessing there's no solution to this yet. Does anyone at Hidrate see these comments?

    This is not working at all. I have tried restarting and refreshing and reloading everything. My bottle is working fine on its own but it will NOT communicate with Fitbit. I have other apps working fine with Fitbit; they did not have this same problem.
