Do I qualify for a warranty?

To qualify for a warranty the following must be met:

  • You are the original purchaser, or if you received it as a gift you will need to get the order number and email from the original purchaser. 
  • You purchased your bottle from our website www.HidrateSpark.com
  • Your Hidrate Spark device you purchased is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receiving the product by the original purchaser (the “Warranty Period”). 
  • If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received by Hidrate within the Warranty Period.
