To qualify for a warranty please gather the following:
- The original order number. Note: if you received it as a gift please get the order number and email from the original purchaser.
- You purchased your product(s) from our website www.HidrateSpark.com
- Your HidrateSpark device you purchased is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of a hundred (100) days from the date of receiving the product by the original purchaser (the “Warranty Period”).
- If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received by Hidrate within the Warranty Period.
- Please contact our customer service team at support@hidratespark.com for any questions you have.
