We take into account your age, height, weight, gender, and general activity level to create a baseline goal for you. We do account for around 20% of your water intake to come from food and other beverages that you would eat and drink throughout the day. This goal is further customized with integration of your location services which take into account the temperature, elevation, and humidity of your surroundings. All these factors affect how much water you should be drinking each day. If you sync with our supported fitness trackers your step and activity data will be taken into account and your goal will be adjusted accordingly to keep you at your optimal hydration level.
