Yes, the lid has a metal straw included. The straw comes with a small silicone sleeve on one end of the straw to leave on for lip comfort or used the other way to prevent noise/clinking against the metal interior of the Tumbler.
Please note, we DO NOT recommend using the straw WITH HOT liquids. Please always take the straw out of the HidrateSpark PRO Tumbler lid if you add hot liquids.
