My Android phone keeps trying to pair but wont.

Android may take a little bit longer to pair with your bottle. For Android devices running 6.0+ you must have location services enables and allow Hidrate Spark to use them in order to pair and sync with your bottle via Bluetooth.

If you have troubles pairing during set up, press skip and continue to create your account. Then go to your profile within the app and click the "add bottle" button.

If you are unable to pair or get an error please restart your phone. This will most likely fix this issue where it is not picking up the bluetooth. Once your phone has restarted go to your profile within the app and click the "add bottle" button.

We are continuously making updates to our apps to improve syncing and pairing reliability so be sure to always be on the latest version of the app.

I have paired my bottle initially and it was syncing, but It will not stay paired. I am not getting glow notifications and when I try to connect it manually, it states pairing rejected by h2o.....

Same here,  Pairing rejected over and over.  After first time setting up cannot get it to work again.  Have tried everything from rebooting phone, to unscrewing sensor battery compartment.  Extremely frustrating, so far this is unusable..

Tried on both phones same issue.  Nexus 5X as well as my 6P.

    Both on Android 7.1.1
