Android may take a little bit longer to pair with your bottle. Keep your phone touching the lid of your bottle during the pairing process.
- Android devices running 6.0+ you must have location services enabled and allow Hidrate Spark to use them in order to pair and sync with your bottle via BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy). *This is an Android requirement
If you are unable to pair, or get an error, please restart your phone. This will most likely fix the issue.
We are continuously making updates to our apps to improve syncing and pairing reliability so be sure to always be on the latest version of the Hidrate Spark app.
