First things you need to check:
- Your bluetooth is turned on.
- You have an internet connection.
- You are within 10 feet of you bottle.
- For Android 6.0+ you must enable location features for Hidrate to sync.
Next close and reopen your app and go to the Home screen. Note the text in the upper left-hand corner next to the Bottle icon should read: Searching > Connected > Syncing > Connected
If you are not seeing this happen, go to a different tab and then back to the home screen to refresh.
Syncing may take up to two minutes to import all your data from the bottle.
