It's not syncing?

First things you need to check:

  • Your bluetooth is turned on.
  • You have an internet connection.
  • You are within 10 feet of you bottle.
  • For Android 6.0+ you must enable location features for Hidrate to sync.

Next close and reopen your app and go to the home screen. The text under your recommended goal should say:

Not connected > searching... > connected > syncing... > connected

If you are not seeing this happen, go to a different tab and then back to the home screen to refresh. 

Syncing may take up to two minutes to import all your data from the bottle.
