How do I remove / unpair a bottle from my profile?

 

You may want to remove / delete/ unpair a bottle from your Hidrate app account for various reasons, including: 

  • To unpair an old bottle from your Hidrate App account
  • To pair your bottle to a new Hidrate App account
  • To unpair a family members bottle, paired to your account by mistake
  • To unpair for troubleshooting purposes

 

To Unpair a bottle from your account: 

  1. Sign into your Hidrate app account 
  2. Go to your Profile
  3. Select your bottle
    • If you have more than one bottle paired to your account, select the bottle you'd like to unpair. Bottles are listed by name; such as "Katie's Purple Hidrate" 
  4. On the following screen, select Unpair (At the bottom of the page, below the map)
    • A pop up will ask you if you're sure you want to unpair
  5. Select Yes to successfully unpair
