How do I remove / unpair a bottle from my profile?

    I am having the same problem my app says im connected but when I go to the bottle tab it only gives the option to add a new bottle

    I am having problem to connect to my existing bottle. It only give me options to add new bottle or purchase new bottle. I can not unpaie my bottle. It does not give me that option even.

    when i go to my profile it on allows me to change email, change phone or add profile picture. It does not allow me to unsync the bottle. Getting very frustrated ! I have given the bottle to my daughter and she can not sync it til i remove it. Have tried to message and get some help and there is no response
